European Exclusive Spirit??

I've been practicising touching up my Robot for the 25th and learning all the lyrics to The Touch by Stan Bush.

In my days collecting GI Joe Spirit was the one figure I always wanted. I think the Green striped version was the last figure I got before I sold my collection.

Here's another question for you: Why was the original Low Light never released in the UK?

He was. I remember seeing him in Woolworths over here anyway I never saw the Marauder version though.

I remember him on the cardbacks with the BAT and Mainframe and a few others. The Isle of Man didn't get any exclusives and we got less Action Force than the UK due to not enough shelf space at least that's what the lady who worked in Woolworths told me years ago.

I hate to disagree, but I've not seen any evidence of a UK release.



But I freely admit I didn't collect this era of Action Force at the time of release. I can definitely say he wasn't in any of the Marvel UK comics.

I have this issue from the monthly UK title I think it was his only UK appearance outside of reprints of GI Joe in Transformers & Action Force I only recently have got figures from the BAT's year going by your cardback.

Low light was in a couple of issues of the Monthly U.K. comic, I think it was called something like G.I.Joe:Europian Missions(?) over in the States.

Just found it, he's on the cover of issue 7..

..but, of curse, that doesn't necessarily mean the figure was released here in the U.K.

Sorry, I always forget about the monthly strips when talking about Marvel UK.

The title got better in my eyes when they reprinted older weekly stories but then I wasn't able to get every issue.
