I like but your pics are a bit small. I think if you made them a bit bigger the detail would really shine through.

Just a guess but they look around 500 px wide.

OK just checked on another tab and I was dead on, seriously that was a guess.

I tend to favor 700 x 525 to 800 x 600 pixels (I only go 600 or smaller when I am trying to hide a flaw or ten). THat is me though. But I do feel like I was missing detail in the backgrounds cause of it (and IMO the detal needed to be brought out).

Size is really up to you but like I said I think it needs to be bigger. I also know some people go for the "wideshot" look, personally I hate it but hey whatever works I guess.

Hiya Zed,

Many thanks for your feedback! The pics are linked from my Flickr page, I use the medium sizes versions that flickr makes (500 x 375). There is a large version of each image as well. I might try the larger images for the next chapter to see how they look.
