Wasteland Security - Thunderstrike.

Post by Sector_15 »

Using armour from blueprints created by the Stark Corporation the Government created the armour for the Wasteland Security unit.
Not as heavily armoured as the original "Iron Man" these officers use short range jet packs to keep bandit groups from attacking the remaining towns and cities.
Thunderstrike is the best of the best. He is respected even by the bandits and usually given a wide berth. He is rumoured to be related to the Stark family and is well on his way to becoming a New Earth legend.

Thanks Andy :-) . The GW transfers have been really good to use for me as I'm poor at the small details. I really need to get out Friday and get some new fodder.

They make good tattoos if they stay on the figure you apply them to I lost 2 transfers on a custom because they didn't stick properly.

Is that Thunderstrike divorced father Eric Masterson in armor or a totally unrelated character of your own creation?

He's an unrelated character. I was scraping the bottom of my fodder box. I'd kitbashed a couple of :enemy: customs and this was about all I had left.

It's a catchy name and still Avengers oriented.

Ok how about use other armoured Iron Man related characters heads if available like Iron Monger, War Machine, armour variants, Crimson Dynamo etc Then use the same bodies but vary their look for your Wasteland unit.
