Fantastic, you've absolutely captured the feel of the original!
But yeah, the character is an android, so for a head I'd suggest something like the exposed circuitry C3P0

so he probably should have a robot head under there? or is his helmet actually his head? is he a single character or like Cobra BATS?

Muton is part of an army. Which is good as he's so common.

I think he did, Baron. As fer Muton's lying around, they are 2 a penny, I don't think there is a shortage.
