With the help of a dedicated volunteer the process of bringing this classic military vehicle back to parade ground condition begins:

The fist phase of the clean up is to carefully remove & place the smaller parts & items into safe storage:

After donning the necessary protective clothing, high pressure compressed air is used to blow away decades worth of dust & grime:

Then this old soldier is treated to a luxurious wash & brush up, using the latest in specialist cleaning products (Mild Green, Fairy Liquid):

Once the treatment to the body work is complete it's time to start on the small, yet vital, items such as instrumentation:
