The name reminds me to certain Nazi supervillain, but there have already been many characters/groups named Black Dragons, Copperhead, Decimator, Firefly, Night Creeper, Overkill, etc in several media, so I guess it's okay.
Nice custom, is he infantry or communications?

Nice detailing on the custom, are the skulls hand painted or transfers Skylinere? I'm not normally keen on gold accents but this works nicely with the red
