Comic Archives - Image Sizes

I'm tinkering with the archives and am considering reducing the image sizes of the comics pages.

They are currently all set to 1000 pixels width, however I have been posting a reduced-size 700 pixels width version for the weekly forum versions of the Colouring Project.

I quite like the smaller "digest" versions, I'm wondering if they'd work in the main galleries.

What's your preference?

1000 pixels wide

or

700 pixels wide

Three votes? I really do need to know your preferences, everyone. Preferably with a bit of chat.

Bear in mind that the 700 width fits in the forum posts well only because of the forum borders and Avatar pictures.

I've made up an example gallery using the archive template.

I tend to have my monitor resolution at 1280x1024, but I know many of you use 1024x768, so I really do need your feedback, please.

I voted yesterday, but I think 1000. Yeah they take a bit to load, but they look a lot better.

i went for 700.
think it makes the images a little sharper
