Yes, I forgot the Junkions, the Spectral Knights and the Darkling Lords, but the RiD Autobots are just part of the main Autobot force (Takara stated that RiD/Car Robots happened before the Movie, during a time in which the main Bots/Cons were hiding), so thne RiD Autobots are technically the same as the G1 Autobots, despite Fire Convoy NOT being Optimus Prime.
About the RiD Predacons, I'm not so sure, but I heard somewhere that they were the elite force of the main Decepticons (is what I heard; I couldn't see Gaskunk or Slapper as elite soldiers).
Oh, and I intentionally let out the Street Fighters, despite their original toys having the GI Joe name, since they are part of another big universe (the Capcom universe, along with Final Fight, Megaman, etc).

don't believe anything Takara tells you about Transformers continuity. they think it's ALL the same, even the Bay movies, even when it's blatantly NOT...
Right, Sundance. Neither the movie nor TF Animated can blend within the "Hasbro Universe", but I still think Car Robots can. However, it's up to each one to decide this in their personal canon. My opinion is: Car Robots happens after G1 season 2, while the 'bots and 'cons were hiding after the events of the "Stargate Battles" manga. Since there was no notice from Soundwave and co, Shockwave sent Gigatron (who is not Megatron) and his troops. In response, Fire Convoy's team went to Earth following. Fire Convoy is not OP, but he looks very similar because he was created by Alpha Trion (as told in "Forced Fusion"), who also designed the Optimus form to Orion Pax millions of years ago. Since they came with Prowl's bros (X-Brawn is not Brawn), he came out from hiding to keep an eye on Side Burn. When the Spychangers arrived, Mirage also went out of hiding because he wanted to join this team with abilities so similar to his own. Ironhide also joined the Spychangers because he knew about Mirage's attitude problems (since he had to keep an eye on Mirage, he mellowed down a little); being the G1 characters would explain why are they closer than the rest of the team. When the Build Team arrived, the green member renamed himself as Grimlock to honor his war idol. God Magnus is NOT Ultra Magnus. I'm not so sure about Skids.
Those explanations were made up by me, but, as I said, it's my personal canon. However, the Robot Masters manga clearly shows the G1 Autobots creating Autobot City using RiD Fortress Maximus as its core.

I see them as being separate continuities from each other apart from the Armada series which has its own story arc. I remember when the Predacons were a combining team who formed Predaking not an actual faction
