What gets me is there's tonnes of Mutons in Spearhead an Army of them ...an Avalance of rocks wouldn't stop them they'd just lift up the rocks and carry on .. good character ..a force of anti nature ,shame they didn't use them more

My theory id they were recommissioned as BATs after the Cobra Conversion.

There's a question for the Joe fans... do the BAT's have an origin story?

Mindbender built them. IIRC.

But the BATs always needed entire armies and lost anyways, while the Mutons were dangerous in small numbers. Maybe you could say that the upgraded BAT built by Dr Knox was made from recycled pieces, that one almost kills without any help.
