I clearly have a mild obsession with head-swapping...

It all started with one head-swap and its snowballed ever since...

Many Z Force Radio Operators and Q Force Deep Sea Divers have given their little lives for this.

MP5's with the pilots thats a great wee idea! Got a couple coming without pistols so thats what they will be armed with. The head swapping makes a huge difference, especially with the pilots holding their Bone Domes!
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Amazing stuff!
How do you seperate the 2 halves of the body without damaging them? I canibalised a head yesterday off one of those world peacekeeper things and the body ended up looking like something off Predator.

I slide a stanley knife along the seam at the crotch (least visible part), then slide in a couple of thin screwdrivers and waggle them until it gives - take care around the shoulder as sometimes they can snap diagonally from the armpit to the neck. I reassemble with araldite - I find superglue leaves a white residue.

The whole Palitoy Action Force range was one big clone, save for the GI Joe borrows.

Even the Baron himself has the same head but with the super clever addition of the 'sinister evil goatee'!
