finally completed my hovercraft [!]

Post by paulitoy »

This week I finally completed my Action Force Hovercraft - taken about a year, and there must be parts from about ten different
sources - so ten incomplete ships helped me finally make a complete one!

thanks for the help tintinlostsnowy,

I got an email from Scoobydie saying much the same thing a little while ago.

I do have both of those parts, but I forgot to attach the inner ramp part when I took the photo - Damn!!!

All the effort of setting it up for the prized victory photo and I forgot a part!

You can tell that I never had this one as a child, or the schoolboy error would never have occurred!

Tintin, was it you that sniped me last sunday to an ebay weapons lot that included a minesweeper backpack and mines?

If so, you fancy parting with one mine?

hi paul
yep it was me i have a few or had a few minesweepers sold 2 when i got rid of a load of stuff and have somemore somewhere, i keep finding stuff but have misplaced my other sweepers or nephews nabed them if i dont find them before i list my next lot of stuff on monday or tuesday we can sort something out :scout: if i do find them they are going on with my sweepers :major: sorry got another apc too doubt it will go anywhere near that £62.00 i got for the last one.
just off topic but staying with mines this is a pic of the most mined route we used to travel in bosnia thank god that news woman was never with us she always had something happen when she went somewhere with my mates can't remember her name though and the local vrs only get an extra £7.00 a month for mine clearing duties i bet :scout: used to get more than that in the eightys lol

Tintin, that would be great if I could nab one mine from you. Hopefully you won't find it 'till Wednesday! :doc: :doc:

Pretty amazing for me to think of you guys as 'out there' doing this type of thing for real - wow!

Also, I wonder if Kate Adie knows that she's know as 'the kiss of death'! as Jamarmiller would say, 'LOL'

yep that's her the bloody nightmare did you ever see the clip where the mine goes off and every idiot jumps out the apc including her onto the mine laden road numptys (whats wrong with staying in a nice safe armoured car :zforce: that has stopped until :scout: gets there)
got to go for now seeking minesweepers found the backing cards but they were easy to find with all my other cardbacks
