HELP! Any idea on what he is worth?

Hello!
Just on sorting some stuff for ebaying and not sure what to list this fella for.

I bought him years ago - he is NOT a Black Major custom - he is a bootleg, that ultimately some of Black Majors replicated. I picked one up at the request of Aire Devon for her collection, and got one for myself at the same time, but I have no idea what he might be worth. I seem to recall they were Mexican bootlegs or something?

Any of the knowledgeable GI Joe members out there got any ideas on what to ask for him, or background to the figure?

Have you looked up his date? Does he even have one?
