Avengers: Age of Ultron

Post by DAMartin »

I watched Age of Ultron. It's better than the first Avenger movie, because the characters' participation is more balanced, it has a better villain (Ultron, of course), and it has vitriolic buds Hawkeye and Quicksilver!

I enjoyed it but felt it was missing something. At times there was just too much going on. I wasnt keen on the first film until I watched it a couple of times and think another couple of views of this will make me love it as much as the first.
I think after cap2 and gotg I was expecting too much.

Kinda related= I just finished watching the daredevil tv show and its fantastic!
Vincent dinoffrio?? Is fantastic as kingpin, in fact the whole cast is superb. Cant wait for the next season.
Possibly the best tv show ive seen in a very long time.

Cap 2 was brilliant, IMHO. Haven't seen Ultron yet. I'm more of a DC fan and can't wait for the new Supergirl series and Justice crossovers.
Let me tell you, Gunner La-De-Dah Graham, the British Army can fight anything! Intimate or not!

I enjoyed it but the new characters coming in seem pretty Crappy.
I also think Banner is batting way out of his league unless she just likes big green willy's.
Not here for a long time, just here for a good time.

Saw it today and thought it was brilliant!
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

I thought it was great. Preferred the first one slightly and I thought Cap 2 was by far the best Marvel movie yet.
I saw it in imax 3D and the extra size did overwhelm some of the scenes, I actually want to watch it again on a normal cinema screen so I can take more in.

I saw it (Day of release ;) ) I thought the first one was better but I still really liked it. I've heard a lot of rumours that Joss Whedon had to cut a good hour of "Un-cuttable" material out, I found it quite chopper and harshly edited. Hopefully the Bluray may have a nice deleted scene section.

I'd go so far as to say GOTG is the best Disney film to date.
