All the Cool Stuff Shop - Issues trying to get refund

Hi all,
I'm a bit lost at what to do, and could do with some advice.

On 13th October I ordered a vintage GI Joe item from AlltheCoolStuff.

Two weeks past and I still hadn't received anything. I rung them and was told things were hectic with fairs etc, and the item would be posted.

After another week I'd still not received anything. Again I rung them, and was told there had been a mistake and they didnt have the item in stock. I was told a refund had already been issued to me the week before.

I left it another week, still nothing had arrived in my bank. After more phone calls I was told there was an issue at the bank and this would be sorted soon, and they'd get back to me.

Still no one has got back to me, and I still haven't recevied a refund. It is now 5th December so almost 2 months from the original order. I'm still having to chase this up, and I've sent various emails which don't get replied to.

So.....what should I do now? I understand AlltheCoolStuff is a sponsor here. So perhaps admin can help?

Any suggestions?

Did you pay via PayPal? If so open a dispute.
If not try messaging Dave Tree direct or on the Facebook page.

Must admit I have bought a few bits and never had any issues with the shop.

Thanks for the replys...it wasnt for a huge amount (via debit card) about £33.

I didn't realise it was Dave Tree who owned the shop. Its HARD work!

Its probably getting alittle late now also to claim via the bank...think theres a certain amount of time.

Lol...i do still buy every now and then. I still have my Palitoy stuff. I buy anything that takes my fancy!

Ahhhh - good to hear there's still the LDR Collection being added to mate!!

I'm hooked on lego these days. And the occasional addition to my 1:18 scale cars collection!!

Opening the Star Wars advent calendar and trying to work out wtf the little space ship is meant to be is now part of the xmas tradition! Only last year I got a message from my nephew saying "uncle STEVEN - is today's toy meant to look like a potato"!

He got the City one this year, prompting the comment from my brother of "his is lego City, yours is lego sh*tty"! But we always keep buying! After all - it's got Darth vader dressed as Santa claus!!!
