Is that a German Cosmic Cruiser in the top left of the photo?
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

However, I'm more interested in finding out what the green shadowtrak vehicle at the front is

I'm pretty sure the Shadowtrak is custom painted.
You can see the red underneath if you zoom in close.
