Best frame for Bob Brechin's Skeletron poster?

Post by Dark Horse »

Can anyone please link me to a frame/ holder thing for my Skeletron poster? What do you guys use?

I kinda want one of those clear frameless ons but I can't find any. Is the poster A3 size? I don't have a f*cking clue about paper sizes. I looked on eBay but could't find anything.

The poster is amazing and talking to Bob was the highlite of the Con for me.
What an amazing talent, friendly and humble man. :)

I've picked up a load of cheapo frames from the range! I put my pic in storage for the mo but just measure it (length and width) all the frames have the measurements displayed so its easy to pick one out.

I get clip frames from Wilkinsons, and coloured card from WHSmith to use as backing if oversized. Shouldn't be more than a fiver.

Check cheapie shops like BM,, home bargains etc.
You can usually buy a picture and frame for a couple of quid.

Anyone got pics of the poster?

I got the same two Graham!!! Quality items!!

Re frames I'm a big fan of Ikea ones - nice mounts and black frame nicely, ahem, frame cartoony prints. I have a ton of Jim Connelly art on my stairs (he draws Sheffield themed comic scenes) and they look great in those frames!!!

Muji used to do some nice clear perspex frames with no mounts or edging - just sheets of perspex with simple screw fittings to each corner. I used to put some of my Bond props in those so that the items took centre stage

That Datafile is amazing. Are these available for sale anywhere else other than RORC? I wasn't there and REALLY want one!

Also, I was just about to do the Top Trumps card for Skeletron when I realised there is not Datafile - and bingo, one appears.
