What are your purchasing goals for RORC 4

Post by padimus »

What items are people hoping to find at RORC 4 and what was available at the show last year? Was it mostly transformers and action force or was there a decent amount of modern and vintage GI Joe as well. I'm hoping to pick up a decent chunk of the retaliation line as well as some third party transformers, assuming the ones I want (like the third party ironfist) are out.

This is my first one! I'm really hoping someone will have a couple of Kreo bits and also the exclusives are a must. I'm still a collecting newbie (even though I have about 95% of my collecting goal. I'm a bitch to cool stuff though so I'm just looking forward to meeting everyone and throwing down some cash ;-)

Last year there were some vintage Joes and a load of 30th Anniversary and Renegades figures and vehicles so there should be Retaliation stuff there this year. There were tons of Transformers, vintage, new and third party.

I'm not looking for anything in particular this year, but will no doubt find something.

If I was able to go I'd want the 12"Baron Ironblood
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Pre order for ticket holders is on the horizon I'm reliably told. And all of them will be available to collect at RORC this year.

My chances of getting any of the few items I need to complete my collection are somewhere between slim and none. Hoping to pick up a Strobo though, and that awesome Boss Fight Studios art that's been shown on Facebook. And perhaps a few MOTU figures to kick start a collection. And perhaps a few pints at some point.

Everything and anything, but life is killing my purchasing power at the moment.
Got back from holiday last week, crashed the car, the Mrs Birthday today followed by mine tomorrow and my mates Stag do next weekend.

This month is now to be known as skintember!
Not here for a long time, just here for a good time.

Although I did my own version of Mercer maybe the Slaughter's Renegades boxed set. I think someone mentioned about selling FFS figures so I will see what I can find and seeing as my AF Monthly #1 is coverless a good copy of that also the Muton 2.0 or whatever it's called. Depending on who is there I may take some comics again to be signed.
