I didn't want him to have a red shirt so I gave him a red vest so, he can swap out his vest if he needs to be not so visible and the tan legs are better than bright yellow I think. I treat him as the SDV pilot, hence why he can get away with a red vest. The Blowtorch head has the same smirk as the vintage one so I thought it was the perfect head for Tracker. If I find smaller letters, I'll put his name on his back like the vintage one.
