Help with Action Force Figures.

Hi guys, I need some help and suggestions with some action force customs. I turned here because some of you have a great sense of what looks good action force wise. I had these guys painted up a while back but the paint is no longer holding
I want to keep Switch & Horizon in my Action Force Team, for this I will need decent figure parts to replace the existing ones.. which figures should I go for to get replacement bits?
Any suggestions are welcomed. I'd prefer to avoid mass painting again however the idea of a little paintwork doesn't bother me so much if it sets them out from the originals. Ideally I'd just want part swaps.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. For Horizon I'd like to keep to the original grey military blue colour scheme as I am using him to pilot my Action Force Peregrine Helicopter. As for Switch he's an RTO so he doesn't have to stay those colours..Also going to post this over on action force online as well to see if anyone can offer some advice.
