Great stuff.
I think the S.A.S.man's helmet (tee, hee) would look good red.It would look as if his front visor and been taken off.

Re: The Black Major's briefing
Following your comments on colour additions and having plucked up the courage to put paint to figures, here's an update on the Black Hawk and Black Falcon figures. Still simple with red paint to the pilot's head and black / red to the Ironblood paratrooper head / neck. Also switched the legs over! Perhaps just need a suitable decal for the Paratrooper's herlmet.

Either pm The Kraken Wakes on here or go to www.cobrastickers.com for decals.

Re: The Black Major's briefing
That works very well - totally believable Palitoy figures.
I know what you mean about the helmet looking blank, it's crying out to be decorated in some way, but will having two sets of skull & crossbones on the front of the figure work?

Perhaps some small decals on the side would work.
Thanks also for the tip on where to go to get some

Not in my experience - I have a custom Space Shad with a Red Shadow head and Kraken torso that suffers from that, it looks weird.Monkfish wrote:I know what you mean about the helmet looking blank, it's crying out to be decorated in some way, but will having two sets of skull & crossbones on the front of the figure work?

Perhaps I'll leave it as it is. It's always worth stepping back at some point, given the danger of adding too much taking something from good to bad in a second

Re: The Black Major's briefing
They look good and far removed from the original figures it's good to see you took my advice on the colour changes.
