The use of white stars would make a lot of sense for Euro' toy's,as the western allies used it on most of their land vehicles during the later part of world war 2 (for i.d. by freindly aircraft)
I was under the impresion that the Sky H.A.V.O.C. wasn't released in the U.K.(but am probably wrong)...so how this one ended up in a boot sale in Ketton escapes me, many years back I also picked up a William "The Fridge" Perry figure @ a small village boot sale as well, I know it was a U.S. mail-in exclusive figure, but was it ever offerd in the U.K. as well?
Thinking back, I also found my hooded

from a boot sale on the way to the seaside (many many) years ago, but I think he was a special offer from Woolies (

R.I.P)..buy so many

toys & you got a free/exclusive & send off/ recieve a hooded

, if I remember correctly...in the dim & distant past, Tesco (or someone) did a offer like that for the Emperor once as well, if you bought enough R.O.T.J. bad guys @ once you got him (or maybe Vader?) f.o.c...(?)
