Sorry, not quite... You either need to join the two halves back together or add another glue tab.

the 2 left squares under the green and red lights are to be cut and the blue piece is like a holding table for the hapless victims......I mean new recruits! the control center reprograms and brainwahes the Recruits and digitally downloads a new persona making the recruit totaly loyal. Then they can be sent wherever The Black Major commands.
