Off the top of my head from here I have sold to

stkhlmdk
Sundance
gung-hoeddie
Golden Puma
The Baron
Buddusky

all of which have left me positive feedback

and there is Porbably many more!

so please tell me what made me a bad seller over this one transaction?

1, I sold the item on e-bay?
2, there was a slight delay in postage but dark horse was made full aware of why and knows full well it was out of my control?
3, the fact I trusted royal mail to deliver the said item?
3, or the minute he opened a paypal dispute claiming he still hadnt had it I gave him a full refund with no questions asked?

Please, let's not merge the two issues - this forum section is strictly about ebay.

and I am the first to admit im not always the quickest at posting I have a very demanding job and work 40 to 60 hours a week I do occasionaly fall behind on ebay and it is a real struggle to catch up but and it is a big but! every one who buys from me has there items posted, and if they dont get it for some reason or another they get a full unquestioned refund as I keep proof of postage for every item and can claim through the royal mail

I would also like to note that this item was brought on the 7th of March that is 5 days before my transaction with 80stoyshop which is still unresolved yet I got this message from dark horse "Hi there. No item still. I think two weeks is more than enough time to post this. Please refund me my money. Many thanks." which I did in full, but when I opened up a report about 80stoyshop after two weeks I was told I was being inpatient etc

"Hi there. No item still. I think two weeks is more than enough time to post this. Please refund me my money. Many thanks."

That was my second message to you. You ignored the first one, which just asked if you had sent it yet. In reply to my second message you said you'd send it in a few days, which was bollocks, so I asked again. Then you agreed to refund me but didn't. Then I looked at your feedback -

That's 23 people you've mugged off in the last six months on eBay alone.
Alarm bells rang and I had no choice but to contact Paypal.
Like I said, if I didn't you would have let the Paypal protection time run out and I'd have got f*ck all.
So you can lie and say what you want, but that's the truth and I'm not going to keep going on about it.
If folk want to buy from you it's up to them - it's a free country.
I just hope you don't treat them like you did me, or any of those others you tried to rip off.
If you're work or personal life does not give you time to send items, THEN YOU SHOULDN'T LIST THEM.

What I have written is the honest truth. I certainly have no reason to lie (like you).

I havent ripped anyone of you paranoid little person

Your saying your item item never turned up!

You can read all my feedback not a single one of them states they never got there item, it is all because the problem I was going through held the postage up.

I have no nead to lie about anything!

First off, don't call me a paranoid little person. I GUARANTEE you wouldn't say that to my face, so don't sit there playing keyboard commando.

Second, I am not only saying the item never turned up. I am saying you lied constantly (and still are) about what was going on, when you say you sent it, giving a refund, plus all the lies posted here.

Third - you have EVERY reason to lie. 1. to steal money. 2. to look like a good eBayer. 3. to save face here. 4. to con more people in the future.

You told me in your eBay messages that you weren't working (and yet here you say you work 40-60 hours a week - another lie), so selling your stuff was your only income.
Now, to me, that's the foundation of a desperate rip off merchant.
Oh, and there are a few people on eBay who never got their items (same as me). It's all in the links I posted.

So man up and take it on the chin.
Stop making excuses - i's just making you look worse than you already are.

1st. I had to take two weeks of of work to sort out my problem, which only 1 day would of been compasionate pay so no I wasnt lieing I had to take unpaid time of work and yet stil lsell to make up the wages I was losing!!!

2nd I am not playing keyboard commando you have my address you paranoid little person!!

3rd I really dont care mate you honestly have a severe attitude problem to start off with who posts on forums like this....
Add xzybar9 to the list. I paid two measly quid for a figure, he never posted, made the usual guilt trip excuses. Had to get a refund through Paypal.
In the time that I ordered my figure, he racked up loads of Neutrals and a few Negs, I think he only got neutrals because of his guilt trip story.
I hate c**ts like this. If they have the time to list sh*t, then they have the time to post it.
your language is disgusting as well as your attitude this is a toy forum.

and 4th and final say is there is obviously some underlined issue here, for a start he didnt post on here until 10 days after I had given him a full refund so I dont know if 80stoybox put him up to it or he maybe is jealous because my collection is far superior to his I dont know.

for anyone else here is the complete breakdown of the transaction what has made me such a terrible seller....

-he brought and paid for the item on the 7th of March

-I had some serious family problems he was made well aware of which slowed down the postage time (which according to him Im lying about)

-I posted the figure (which again according to him im Lying about)

-He opened a paypal case stating he still didnt get the item and I refunded him the same day.

from the day he paid on the 7th of March to the day he got a refund on the 29th of March is 22 days!!

I will leave it up to the rest of you to make up your own minds if this makes me a bad seller!

oh and final thing all these abusive posts from him are over a £4 transaction which he got a full refund for, I sell over a grand a month on ebay so any one else thinks this bloke needs anger management?

just noticed I got a neg from him lol how mature!
