In the time that I ordered my figure, he racked up loads of Neutrals and a few Negs, I think he only got neutrals because of his guilt trip story.
I hate c**ts like this. If they have the time to list sh*t, then they have the time to post it.
I have made a few good deals with this guy in the past but with my latest purchase it took him 5 weeks to ship 3 filecards! So I am afraid that its going downhill in terms of "customer service" :-?
He brought them on the 24/02/10 paid the 25/02/10 posted on the 02/03/10 auction clearly states 3 working day dispatch and then left feedback on the 16/03/10 so barely 2 weeks not 5 weeks lol and airmail takes 7 to 14 days

Am though still waiting in return for him to pay for 2 figures, one from the 27th Feb and the other from 27th March. Not to bothered about that, I can always get my final value fee back and relist them.

all has been paid for, forgot I won the figure on the 27th of Feb, never noticed until I brought the figure on the 27th or March and could of paid quicker if I hadn't been ripped of by a certain member on this board but that is a different story.

Lies.
You never sent the figure. You admitted that in your messages. I still have them and will cut and paste them here if you continue trying to make me look unreasonable. You have tons of feedback stating similar cases, and a few guys here who aren't best pleased. I'm a easygoing guy. I understand how life can be sometimes. But you can't take people's money then leave them hanging for nigh on a month, or just fob them off promising to send them "in the next few days". I have no doubt you would have kept my money if I didn't open the dispute. I asked you twice to refund the money (once after 2 1/2 weeks, then again after 3 1/2 weeks - the first time you said you'd send the item soon, the second time you agreed to refund me) before I had to open the dispute to get my money back. That is not cool. I know how eBay works. We pretty much all do. I've seen all the scams going. On top of all this, I still didn't want to leave you negative feedback. All this over a measly two quid?
Now you're sending me snarky PM's here? Well, good going fella. You forced me to change my opinion on the feedback. ;-)
Give it up, mate.
You're a sh*t eBayer. That's not abuse, that is FACT.

This story did have a happy ending though, I bought the figure from America, and even with shipping, it came to £1 less. (I only needed the head for a custom anyway). ;-)

So where is the truth with 80stoyshop then?
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Im not making you out to be anything I have over 1000+ positive feedback for being a seller 118 positive feedback has been left in the last month alone! it is just paranoid people who think I would rip them off over a £2 figure things go missing in the post it is life!

god I get slagged off for calling out 80stoyshop for conning me out of £100 and then I get made to look bad over a £2 figure.

I know some of you guys is a close knit community but protecting the guilty and persecuting the innocent is a bit much!

I am not out on a witch-hunt or anything like that but just wanted to throw in my point of view on the latest purchase which I feel went a bit "sideways" in comparison to the other trades we have done. I would still do business with you Skyline but you must admit that taking 3-4 weeks to ship something is way off, especially when you demand payment within 7 days and in my case I also pay my purchase as soon as I get a final invoice.
Best Regards

What he said. ;-)

Time was important for me btw (which is why I chose you over the American seller), the custom I was making had a deadline. It hurt my reputation having to make excuses because of you.

So is the situation now resolved? Dark Horse, please let me know if you are willing to do business with xzybar9 again. If so, I will remove the name from the bad traders list.

It's resolved mate, but I had to go to Paypal for the refund.
Being fair and honest, from an unobjective point of view, I could never recommend xzybar9 as a good eBayer. It was a bad experience all round. :-(

I had a very personal life changing thing happen in March which I dont want to talk about on toy forums but would like to note is all sorted and turned out well.

and I am the first to admit im not always the quickest at posting I have a very demanding job and work 40 to 60 hours a week I do occasionaly fall behind on ebay and it is a real struggle to catch up but and it is a big but! every one who buys from me has there items posted, and if they dont get it for some reason or another they get a full unquestioned refund as I keep proof of postage for every item and can claim through the royal mail

I would also like to note that this item was brought on the 7th of March that is 5 days before my transaction with 80stoyshop which is still unresolved yet I got this message from dark horse "Hi there. No item still. I think two weeks is more than enough time to post this. Please refund me my money. Many thanks." which I did in full, but when I opened up a report about 80stoyshop after two weeks I was told I was being inpatient etc
