Last year I wanted to add a poseable Baron to my force but didn't have a suitable figure. My original idea was to get a masked ROC Storm Shadow and alter it but instead I used a ROC Crimson Elite Viper with the head of the Viper I used for my Black Major. The original's Baron's helmet slips over quite well which is good so here he is now. I need to tidy this up a bit more though.
And here is the Baron with the Major

It wasn't a good helmet you can't see the detailing on it. I may if I get the chance change the head again on the Baron now I know how to take their heads off.

The figures are down to £3.00 each in our toy stores but they only have Duke, Scarlett and Cobra Commander I chanced on my sixth Ice Viper last week. I could maybe use Duke's head but he would look silly done up as the Baron he would look like Channing Tatum trying to be a stereotypical frenchman.

The Kraken Wakes wrote: nice custom ironblood - have you thought about using spray paints on your customs?
Is this done with Games Workshop Skull White? I always struggle with that. Whilst I really get on well with all the other GW paints I find the Skull white really watery and find it takes loads of coats to give good coverage.

It was Steve. Skull White is an absolute pain for undercoating with too as I found out while re-painting the 2 Helix figures I used. Bearing in mind I don't own a dremel or other tools for customising anyone know of a decent head I can use for this? Here is the Baron tidied up. I was thinking of using the Viper's armour any opinions on this?
