About Johnny Cage, I don't get why would you think that about him (save being dirty for the sake of being dirty). It seems very obvious he is giving a kick (I wanted to show it as his Shadow Kick, but I lack the Photoshop skill to do that, besides making that more of a Diorama than a collection pic).
And about the third photo, please forget it. This server hates me and I can't upload more pics. Anyways, it was just a photo of Smoke, who didn't fit in the previous pics.

Well, technically the others are the huge ones, but without the other 3 3/4 kombatants near, due to relativity, yes, Smoke is the one shrunk .
The thing was dropping the scale or not getting the MKII and beyond charas. Guess what I chose. And Smoke is among them rather than in the previous two pics because he wasn't from the first MK (I guess Hasbro did him because they already had the ninja mold, but then why Noob Saibot as Noob Saibot wasn't done?)

Well, Baraka can't avoid his Dominator-like "smile", he doesn't have any other face expression. I guess the others look like smiling due to the camera angle, so it's my fault. I don't know what's covered in the pic , save for Kintaro's feet and lower rigt arm, and it's almost the same as the left one.
