The HAVOC that was released in the UK was a brighter green than its US counterpart, It also came with red missiles and other accessories, while the US version came with orange in their place. The AWE Striker was also released in a brighter shade of green in the UK (and also in India/Funskool and in Brazil). So did the Rolling Thunder (as has been mentioned), and all three PAC/RATs (Dart, Lance, and Shaft).

The UK Mean Dog seems to be a lighter shade of tan than the US version but I have never seen them side by side to compare.

The Z Force Whirlwind, FLAK, Battle Tank, Command Centre, Rapid Fire Motorcycle, and ATC were all recolored versions of US Vehicles.
So were the Hyena, Laser Exterminator and the Escape Armor.
SAS vehicles that were repaints of the US versions were the Hawk, Wolverine, Panther, and MMS.

As far as I know, there were no differences (other than stickers) in the UK versions of the ASP, FANG, Skystriker, SHARC, Water Moccasin, CLAW, or WHALE. The only difference in the Night Attack Jeep is that it came with Rubber Wheels.

After that, the "GI Joe" label took over and variations became the exception rather than the rule. I actually didn't remember the SLAM until you guys mentioned it here.
The mere fact that a flamethrower even exists is proof that someone once said to themselves: "You know, I'd like to set that guy over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough".
