Mysterious figure

When I was a kid I had a figure, long since lost, who I'd love to identify. He was AF sized and straight armed, and was a dark green slimy monster. The significant detail was that he had four arms, two regular and two smaller ones coming from his ribs. He was all green apart from big yellow eyes with black slits. Is this ringing any bells with anyone?
