Red is Krylon Fusion brand Red Pepper /Safety Red . It's a gloss finish, they also have satin (good for figure customs), flat and ultra flat (good for 'military' vehicles )

Black is Krylon Ultra Flat Black. I'll probably drybrush the black with Tamiya Gunmetal.
