Shall I hack up my Night Patrol fig?

I'm seriously thinking of hacking up my Night Patrol figure, he has the all-black arms and legs to properly suit my Black Wolf. He's pretty hard to find though, so it might be seen as vandalism.

Anyone have any decent custom suggestions for the head and/or torso, please?
