Secondly - looking good fella! Awesome to see it all went well after the stresses! Here's to continuing success with it (lifts his glass [well, mug of coffee - it's only mid afternoon and I'm still working!]) and good on ya mate for having the balls to go with it and keep the Independent toy stores alive!

Let me know when Eddie plans on visiting so I can come a few hours earlier and buy all of your stock just to get him back!

I'll break the news to our lass when i get home tonight. I can just imagine the conversation:-

SteveD: - "Sorry luv, I know we've only had it a year, but in order to buy Dave Tree's entire stock and thus mildly frustrate Eddie I'm going to have to sell the house. In order to rush the sale through and get there before Eddie I'll obviously have to sell it at an undervalue. I know that will be okay with you, as I wear the trousers in this house, now where is my tea...."
