Hmmm... it's not a bad idea. The Adventure Team had a Steve Austin lookalike who appeared in GI Joe/TF IV: Black Horizon. Which was his name?

You will need an O ring and the assembly for the legs and another leg as well. Or do something like this Image

I seemingly found a way to assemble him without the O-ring and hook
