Has anybody else noticed that the clock on the forum is wrong?

I've set mine to GMT+1, is it the same in other time zones?

Mine is showing correct post ime and mine is set for GMT +8 for my side of the pond.

I must admit that I've noted time issues before. If that's any help. Seemed to be going in tandem with posting-number retardation.
