Hasbro or Palitoy? Hasbro any day for me

It just occurred to me that my sense of being ripped off by the transition from to (ATC, Command Centre, Dart, Lance, Shaft, Whirlwind, Sealion and Triad all being re-released with new stickers) would have applied equally to the first wave fans and the transition from to

Was anyone here upset by the introduction of the Shadows and Teams over the mini Action Men, or was it generally viewed as a step in the right direction?

I wasn't upset about that transition as from what I remember in Wigan's Toy & Hobby the Series 1 AF figures were being sold but the teams and Shadows weren't or the series 2 figures always sold out but I was more confused by both being called Action Force.

i don't think i ever questioned it when action force changed, i was to young to notice or understand to me it was all fun.

No offence, but I don't see the point of this thread; if you consider Palitoy and Hasbro as complementary like me, then you must think that neither both nor was released with the articulations of the other, so to get them both you must appreciate both types of articulation. If you think about both as different collections, then why are you comparing them? Super Powers were less articulated than Hasbro , Marvel Legends were more articulated than Palitoy , but does that deserve a comparison?

I with you, I like both in their own right and for different reasons, but then again, I like most toys.

Palitoy strikes a strong chord for me, but given the option, I would have probably plummed for Palitoy Star Wars over Palitoy Action Force historically. However since working on all the research though, I have a deeper appreciation of all the product lines, not just those two.

To me I do not find the palitoy action force a patch on action force international heroes. they are straight limbed and do not do anything for me. I have lots of them carded and moc but I am purely on a mission to get a complete set of hasbro action force which I am not far off achieving.
