MIB Flying Submarine, any value? New Here

Hi!
I recently found a MIB Flying Submarine at home which I bought several years ago. I'm not an AF collector, so have no clue if there's any value in it..
So what do you guys think? The box have seen better days, here's two pictures of it:

Also, I might be interested in trading it for Battle Beasts.
