Guile's hair is shorter because is based on Jean-Claude Van Damme's appearance as Guile in the SF movie. Ironically, Guile is the only one who looks like the actor (the other charas reuse heads from the videogame figures), except for the vehicle driver version (like the rest, a reuse of the videogame fig).
