Not sure, doesn't look like a Joe, maybe a latter dodgy one?
Scorpion (1995, Mortal Kombat, not AF)
Toxo Viper
Nemesis Enforcer (1987, Cobralala, not AF)
Blocker
Major Altitude (1991, not AF)
T.A.R.G.A.T. V2 (1993, not AF)
Avalanche

So Mercer, Toxo Viper, Blocker and Avalanche are all AF.
