. I have seen this figure locally today whereas I'm not comfortable messing around with my Red Laser I was trying to imagine this figure in red with the Shadow insignia and maybe as a different character what does anyone else think?

It was suggested to me I head swap my Red Laser so he looks more japanese facially I guess with the head of an unmasked Storm Shadow shown here:-
