First time I've seen that and its pretty good a couple of moments where the suspension of belief went too far. Couple of characters got a bit short changed but it could be rejigged and expanded on very easily. Wasn't too keen on the manga esque vehicles though.

don't forget old Stormy survived being shot at point blank range by the Baroness in the comic.

Yes, but that was different. In the comic,
used a mystic trance to avoid normal bullets. In Resolute,
was killed by  with the same technique the Hard Master had refused to teach him, symbolizing  's ultimate triumph over
, so reviving him would be anticlimatic (as a difference to ROC, too, where  defeated
, but not in a particularly symbolic way, just stabbing him). Besides, I don't want to see Resolute
again; he was too evil (compared to other Stormie versions) and deserved his fate. For a sequel, he can be easily replaced by Slice or some other ninja.

Christ, you're right, in all my ponderings just then I forgot about Zartan's fate! If he died then that was cheap, but let's hope it was just a flesh wound and somehow he got away...DAMartin wrote:Tou are right in that, Shand (evenD'Compose wrote:in Resolute I personally didn't feel they were killed for the sake of it (like in most mainstream films to flesh things out),
and
were kept alive), but I'd signal
as an exception.

He didn't avoid the bullets his breathing was slowed down so much it was undetectable so clinically he did die.DAMartin wrote:Yes, but that was different. In the comic, used a mystic trance to avoid normal bullets. In Resolute,
