That's the last Trade catalogue outing Action Man ever had before the line got canned.
The products featured were all pretty much carry over from the previous year. The products they were going to unviel, which would have taken Action Man in a totally new direction got pulled at the last minute and never went on show in the January 84 Toy Fair (Ithink they even actually made it to the show, but they never went on show).

The new products were making the vehicles the key product, rather than the action figures, allowing a 'pimp my ride' style approach. Each vehicle was a basic shell and all the accessory packs were add ons like oil cans, searchlights, snow chains etc. New characters were also proposed, bringing in potential storyline opportunites like with Zargon/ Space Ranger etc.

Cool stuff Eddie.

Dave.

Are you joking? I wouldn't kid about something like this if I were you.

Clearly it wasn't, even if it was then it isn't per se. Unless you're one of the "select few"

Who is Joe King? The King of Joe's? Is he part of the inner circle? He owns this piece? IS THAT WHO THIS IS?????

Ahh now I see, I re-read this, maybe I am, maybe I'm not, are you?

Why would you not kid about?

Ah yes, I would not kid about something like this either. What was the original point?

You are me? Are you Joe King too? Prove it!!!

Visa vie, if I juxtaposed a response that required it wasn't, would it anyway?

Is this Joe King? Where is his location, there is nothing under any search for this 'Joe King'. Is this a cover up by Google to maintain his collection and identity a secret? Why have I not seen or heard of this before? If I don't know about about, then clearly it cannot possibly exist. I created this toyline I have you know.

You prove I don't. Is that a threat?

You are attempting to pervert the course of justice by lollygagging and naysaying.

Prove it ;)
Dave Tree wrote:Why would you not kid about?
Because I may be taken seriously by humourless netgeeks.
Dave Tree wrote:Ah yes, I would not kid about something like this either. What was the original point?
That you are attempting to smokescreen the original conspiracy of one by means of editing your previous posts.
Dave Tree wrote:You are me? Are you Joe King too? Prove it!!!
It's not all about you, you know. Other people live here too.
Dave Tree wrote:Visa vie, if I juxtaposed a response that required it wasn't, would it anyway?
Only in your mind, young padawan.

This just goes to further the claim that you are exploiting the massses for your own aggrandizement without anything other than an under the table handshake to back up your claims. You could have been made in Photoshsop by anyone. All I'm doing is picking the nits out of your hair, do you have a problem with that as well, then?
