I think you are right but I am not sure what he is called though it was made by milton bradley but I can't see no other info on him apart from what is on wiki.

He looks the same mould as the white fig in the picture. Does he have an octagonal hole in his back?

I think Dave Tree knows a bit about this range.

Yep he has an octagonal hole with (C) 1985 MB MADE IN HONG KONG in it.
I did google that but got no-where.

I'd guess the last guy to be Advanced Dungeons and Dragons range? Looks the right sort of fig.
