No because the holes are different shapes the newer ones are hexagonal rather than round.

The 25th Ann Televiper doesn't come with any bits. I wanted to hook him up with the weird cone and hosepipe affair that the vintage Televiper used to have.

World Peacekeeper backpacks do work with 25th anniversary figures though I put one on my Breaker as oddly he isn't packaged with one with the RAM cycle.
