Well, since both Ironblood and you have mentioned SW couples, I should also mention Han/Leia and Darth Vader/Padme. The gals really belong to my sis, but Zarana too, so either both SW couples count or the Road Pig/Zarana one doesn't.

and the MOTU couples: She-Ra/Bow (She-Ra would be better with Sea Hawk, but there's no Sea Hawk fig, so...), Skeletor/Evil-Lyn, He-Man/Teela, Sorceresss Teela'Na/Duncan the Man-At-Arms (the only couple whitout a main protagonist or antagonist! )

Ok, TKW, I tried to keep myself at bay, but you asked for it.
Here are my DC couples (so far): John Henry Irons/Lt Sparks, Two-Face/Poison Ivy (based on the animated series), Bane/Talia (they were compromised during "Legacy" and it saves me from choosing between Catwoman and Talia for Bats), Joker/Harley Quinn, Black Canary/Green Arrow, Hawkman/Hawkwoman, Wildcat/Hippolyta (repurposed Toy Biz WW), Starfire/Nightwing, Wonder Woman/Aquaman (based on subtle hints during Morrison's JLA run), Lois Lane (repurposed Eliza Maza)/Clark Kent, Catwoman/Batman.

Here is the Tim Drake/Jubilee crossover couple. I didn't know if they should be with DC or Marvel, so I put them apart, between both pics.

Archangel/Psylocke, Sabretooth/Mystique, Reed Richards/Sue Storm-Richards, Black Widow/Hawkeye, Vision/Scarlet Witch, Deathstrike/Wolverine, Forge/Storm, Julia "Spiderwoman" Carpenter/Tony "Iron Man" Stark (based on the animated series), Gambit/Rogue, Nova/Silver Surfer.
