ell, I thought you could be wiith a sort of abusive coach with a "no one leaves the team!" philosophy, and the only way to leave was becoming phisically unable to play. Well, since you didn't talk further about that, I'll guess it was just a sort of joke to cheer Eddie up.

that does sound like a real bitch, having to pay so much for the smokes, not your hip Ed ;-)


Broken quite a few bones over the years, the worst time was when I broke my foot when I was younger playing football the day before we were to go to France for holidays, was supposed to keep cast on or 6 weeks, took it off after about 10 days as I couldn't bare not being able to get in the pool anymore.

I'm sure you'll be up and about soon Bill, can't keep a good man down. Try and explain to the missus what it's going to be like for her if the shoe is ever on the other foot
