My 8-year old kid ruled out Ben 10 too.

Anyway, following on from Ross, here's a carded figure on ebay - it is a Power Rangers Mystic Force Evil Space Alien:

I knew I had seen him, but I didn't remember where...
The strange thing is that every PR villain is defined now as "space alien". Tose guys were underground mystical creatures! Koragg should kill some Bandai guys...
