If there was a UK convention, what sort of vendors would you like to see to cater for your collecting?

Having never been to one yet I would say maybe Forbidden Planet or some other comic seller, Hasbro UK or some other seller of AF/GI Joe products I can only think of US companies like JoeArmory maybe Marauderinc and Cobrastickers

Forbidden Planet (either of them) rarely do shows. Out of the 20 a year, you'll probably only see them at 1 show if that.

Hasbro do not sell retail, only through their distributors like the independants that would attend a show.

Hasbro might attend to exhibit current and planned toylines, but certainly not sell direct.

The poll is to get an idea of the areas of collecting, so a shortlist of appropriate vendors could be drafted up.

Dave.

I'd like to see comic stalls as well. These are the guys who run my local mart: http://www.goldenorbit.co.uk/goldenorbit/Frames2.htm

Great response so far, thanks to everyone who has voted.

Although it might not sound like much, this does help a lot.
I'll be placing similar related polls up soon.

Thanks,
Dave.

For what it's worth, I try to collect all the eras of Action Force, including the subsequent GI Joe and even 25th. Have lots still to get, so all would be welcome. As Ironblood said, Marauder Inc, Cobra Stickers, Joe Armoury et all would be great.

I'm a sucker for MOC (I know its wrong I can't help myself) so I go for 25th Ann stuff. AF MOC is too pricey.
