I've been sent some Joe pics, I think they're from Tintin's collection but can't be sure... anyway I have no idea who they are, please can someone enlighten me?

Second guy is Repeater, circa 1990, and the first guy is Skycreeper circa 1992. My son spotted that last one ;)
