Can anyone help I am trying to do a filecard for Fast Draw but can't re-size any pic I have off him it needs to be 82 x 147 I have the details in another window but just need a pic to complete it

Photobucket has an editing feature for resizing
Click on the edit feature above the pic and in the new screen and resize is just to the left of the rotate buttons.
Uncheck the "Use percentages" and "Keep proportions" buttons and enter the size that you need in the new size boxes.
Job done :)

Thanks Scooby I downloaded XNView on Chopper's recommendation and finally resized the pic I will need to use Photobucket if I do filecards of my own characters
