Re: sigma six......
The 8'' figures were well designed, but a size change so abrupt with no reason was awful. Besides, they made the same mistake as the 200X MOTU figs from Mattel: Too many same-chara variants (in this case,
) while the general cast was reduced to just a few guys.
The good Sigma 6 collection was the 2'' one. There were all the Joes and
s from the 8'' series, plus the ones who didn't appear as 8'' figs (like
), and despite not being 3 3/4'', they weren't just a "made from scratch" collection; they were Joe figures that could interact with MASK, Transformers or even Green Army Men!

Not at all,
Love them
I have a fair sized collection of the 8" guys. There's not alot of love for them, but I can't see why.
They're better articulated than the 4" Joes, have more accessories and are easier to customise too.
Cheers,
Doug

I sort of like the design philosophy behind 'em...but like the animated Star Wars films (Clone Wars etc) I feel that the style just doesn't suit the license @ all well.

I'm not expecting to change anyone's mind, but here are a few S6 pics that show why I like them so much

Looking @ them, I do like 'em a lot...but wish Hasbro hadn't called it G.I.Joe, & had used this style to create another fresh toy line.
Like the last photo, is that a B.B gun?
