I think she was one of the salvaged lost stories early Terrorist that the marvel US did in one of the flashback issues before marvel lost the license to DDP. Never confermed she might been a red shadow or a cobra since i think in the cobra montage cover in the world war 3 DDP story arc she's dressed like a red shadow. I think she went against scarrlet and the rest of original 13 and killed herself, but don't remember clearly.
